Marathon for Hospitality - a Great Celebration!

At the time of writing this letter we have received over $127,000 in cash and pledges - we also have over $30,000 in gifts in kind, including the donation of all the cabinets for the new kitchen.

At the Celebration on Sunday, November 27, we burned the mortgage on the chapel and celebrated our debt free position.  Thanks so much for your part in this great accomplishment.  If all goes as planned we will begin some work on the kitchen in the summer.

Thanks so much for your encouragement and the significant part you have played in this great King’s Fold event.  So many people gave and worked to make this a King’s Fold milestone.

Running the marathon was a great thrill for me and crossing the finish line was a memorable event.  I feel blessed to have had a part in this exciting fundraiser.  Being 65 years old isn’t actually that bad!!

Soon the staff will take a break for Christmas celebrations and then prepare for a new year filled with our Lord’s leading and blessing.  Do have a special Christmas and thanks so much for your wonderful support of King’s Fold.
